It is the 5th time that the ICC cricket WORLD will be Hosted by England and Wales, following the 1975, 1979, 1983 and 1999 World.
Tournament will comprises of 10 participating team. England has being qualified for this tournament, after declaration of World Cup will Hosted by England and Wales from as a host.
The format for the ICC WORLD CUP 2019 tournament will be - Round-robin & knockout. Total 10 Participating teams, with each team playing with other nine teams(9 matches). Top 4 teams will progressing to a knockout stage of Semi-Final & Final.
